Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Tortellini or Ravioli
  • 2 oz Smoked Salmon
  • 1 or 2 Fried Eggs

Optional:

– Chopped Tomatoes
– Parmesan Cheese
– Or any other fresh produce you may have, ex: Green Onions, etc.

Method:

  • Boil pre-made Tortellini or Ravioli for 4 minutes or until tender, strain and set aside
  • Top Torellini with chopped up pieces of smoked salmon
  • Fry 1 to 2 eggs and then place on top
  • Optional garnish: very small amount of cheese, tomatoes or any other fresh produce you have
