How to Make Lemon Bars
HOW TO BEGIN: 1. Separate Dry Ingredients 2. Squeeze Lemon Juice 3. Preheat Oven at 350 degrees
Juice Two Lemons with Pulp
HOW TO MAKE BOTTOM LAYER (CRUST) : 1. mix well and smash these ingredients into the bottom of an UNGREASED pan or dish. 2. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
HOW TO MAKE 2ND LAYER (LEMON) : 1.Whisk these ingredients together. 2. After the crust layer has baked 20 minutes: layer the lemon mixture on top. 3. Bake for 30 more minutes.
Remove from oven after 30 minutes – the edges should be turning golden brown and the middle should stop looking runny. Cool until the layers are solid and pie is firm (like pudding).
Cut and enjoy!
